How far ahead in advance do I have to make the reservation?
We recommend that you make your reservation at least 3 weeks in advance. This will allow us to send you the invitations which is included in
Can we still have a Stuff-N-Luv Party if we decide to do it just a day or two before the party date?
It would be best for you to call us at(520) 628-0329. We can tell you right there and then if we have time open to accomodate last minute
reservations. In this case, we will bring as much as selection as we think is necessary depending on the number of kids your expecting to come.
Deposit will still be required and we follow the same procedure, which is done through paypal. In case there is no available time slot, you can still
have a "Party-In-A-Box".
Do you require a deposit when making a reservation?
Yes, a $50 deposit is required for every reservation. This is done mostly through paypal and it will be credited back to your total balance at the day
of the party. In case you have no access to the computer or is not comfortable in doing so, we would accept cashiers check or money order only.
Deposit must be recieved at least 2 days prior to the party date.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel a reservation at least 1 week prior to the party date to get your deposit back. Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to the
party date will lose their deposit.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy are as follows;
Party Packages: Any animals from a party package (where we come to your house or venue) cannot be returned after it has been stuffed already,
with the exemption of damage product(s). In this case, we replace your selection upfront.
Party-In-A-Box & Stuff-A-Friend Kit
*If you ordered more than you needed or less guest shows up at the time of your party, any animals that has not been stuffed can be returned at
your own expense(shipping and handling) and with the following conditions;
*Product must be clean and in resaleable condition.
*Tags have not been removed.
*Must be returned within 30 days from the day the product was purchased.
